He was born on November 5, 1972, in Louisville, KY to Jesse Paul Howard, I of Louisville, KY and Bonita Owen of West View, KY.
He was a member of St. Martins Church. He enjoyed riding motorcycles and working on cars. He was the Past President of Meade Co. Marching Band Boosters and a founder of Meade County Cross Country Booster Club. He was employed by Morell Construction.
He is survived by his wife, Debbie Ray Howard; 2 sons, Paul Galen (Kelsey) Howard of Brandenburg, KY and Jonathan Dean Howard of Flaherty, KY, a grandchild, Jaxsen Howard and another on the way; his Father, Jesse Paul (Tami) Howard, I of Louisville, KY; his Mother, Bonita (Nick) Samples of West View, KY; 2 brothers – Eugene (Hope) Howard of Pekin, IN and Robert (Candice) Howard of Springfield, KY; 2 Stepbrothers – Brandon Pace and Tyler Pace of Louisville, KY; Father and Mother In-Law John and Marie Ray of Union Star, KY.
Funeral services will be held 11:00 A.M. EDT Wednesday, July 15, 2015, at St. Martin of Tours Church 440 St. Martins Rd., Vine Grove, KY 40175, with Father Kevin Bryan officiating. Burial will follow at St. Martin of Tours Cemetery.
