Funeral service will be at 10 a.m. Monday, July 13, 2015, at First United Methodist Church in Russellville AR officiated by the Rev. Roy Smith and the Rev. Gail Brooks. Burial will be at 3:30 p.m., at Lindsey Cemetery in Forrest City, by Shinn Funeral Service of Russellville.
