She was born and raised in Dundalk, Maryland, the daughter of Doris L. Lowe and John W. Lowe. She graduated from Patterson High School in 1989.
In addition to her parents she is survived by son Chase Freels, brother John F. Lowe, half-brothers, Joe, John and Jimmy Lowe and longtime companion Clifton Kidd.
Services at Duda-Ruck Funeral Home and a graveside service at Edge Hill Cemetery in Charles Town, West Virginia.
