Dolores A. Burns of Sparta, Michigan, age 79, entered eternal life on the evening of Thursday, June 4, 2015, and now, rests in the arms of her Lord and Savior. Dolores was born to Florian and Pauline (McPheter) Napieralski on Wednesday, January 8, 1936, in Grand Rapids, and had been a lifelong resident of the area, apart from enjoying her retirement in Fife Lake. Dolores was a graduate of Mt. Mercy Academy in Grand Rapids, and worked for Michigan Bell until her retirement. She was also a member of the Pioneers Club. Dolores was a loving and devoted wife, wonderful mother, dear friend, sister, and aunt, and the best grandmother anyone could ask for. Her soul will be sadly missed and her life fondly remembered and celebrated by her family, friends, and all those who knew her. Dolores is survived by her loving son Robert (Susan) Burns; adored grandchildren Michelle Burns and Sarah (Nathan) McDonald; great grandson Maxx McDonald; sisters Pat (Fred) Hall, Amy (John) Kwiatek, and Anne (Dennis) Karnik; brothers Robert (Pauline), John, Raymond, William (Kim), Florian (Renee), Daniel (Christine) and Gerald (Denise) Napieralski; one brother-in-law; and four sisters-in-law; and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; beloved husband of fifty-two years, Robert M. Burns; sister Mary Sagorski; and brothers Charles, Paul, and Richard Napieralski.
