BARNETT, Joan Lee, age 85, of Sarasota, FL, formerly of Lebanon, OH, passed away Monday, January 8th, 2018 in Sarasota. Joan was born on September 11, 1932 in Dayton, OH, to the late Thomas and Mildred Norris Himes. She is survived by William E Barnett, her loving husband of 65 years; children, Dr. Robert (Pam) Barnett; Sue (Larry) Haag; Patti (Jim) Smith; sister, Betty Day; brother, Tom Himes; seven grandchildren, twelve great grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Joan was a graduate of Stivers High School, Class of 1950. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Thursday, January 18th, at 10:30 a.m. at the Church of the Incarnation, 7415 Far Hills Ave., Centerville, OH 45459.
