Mr. Jerry Eldon Hyde, 67 of Kennett, passed away Monday, July 6, 2015 at his home in Kennett.

Mr. Hyde was born May 22, 1948 in Hornersville, Mo to the late Arley Hyde and Edna Burton Hyde.

On November 25, 1969 Mr. Hyde was united in marriage to Patty Sue Keating who preceded in death on March 6, 2006.

Mr. Hyde worked for may years at the Kennett Junior High.

Mr. Hyde is survived by one son, Jerry Lynn Hyde of Kennett, Mo; three brothers Lonnie, Ricky, and Glen Hyde all of Kennett, Mo; and one sister Nancy Peace of Kensett, Ar.; two grandchildren Jeremy Hyde of Kennett, and Alexander Hyde of Caruthersville, Mo.

Mr. Hyde is preceded in death by his parents, Arley and Edna Hyde; his wife, Patty Hyde; two brothers, David and Buell Hyde; and one sister Barbra Peace.

Visitation for Mr. Hyde will be Monday July 13, 2015 from 12 noon to 2:00 pm with funeral services starting at 2:00 pm in the chapel of Bradshaw funeral home in Kennett, with Rev. Lee Hyde officiating. Burial will follow in Memorial Gardens in Kennett, Mo.
