Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, July 7, 2015 at a 1:00 PM Catholic Service in Martin & Castille's La Fleur de Lis Chapel for Kristina Rey Brown, 23, who died on Saturday, July 4, 2015 at her residence in Lafayette.
Interment will be in Sacred Heart of Jesus Cemetery in Broussard.
Deacon Cody Miller will conduct the funeral services.
She leaves to cherish her memory her mother, Donna Gay Brown; one sister, Ashley Noel and her husband, Stephen; one nephew, Blayze Boutte; and one niece, Kylie Boutte.
She was preceded in death by one sister, Tanya Brown; her father, Bobby James Brown; her paternal grandparents, Dewey and Effie Brown; and her maternal grandparents, Wanda and Lloyd Cunningham.
Kristina Rey Brown was a native of Lafayette, Louisiana and a resident of Youngsville for most of her life. She loved computers, music, art classes and bowling. She enjoyed spending time with her family and friends, especially her dog, "Spanky." Kristina will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her.
The family requests that visitation be observed in Martin & Castille's SOUTHSIDE Location on Tuesday, July 7, 2015 from 10:00 AM until time of services.
The family would like to give special thanks for the love and care given by Sarah Comeaux, Anika Comeaux and many nurses throughout the years.
