Sheila Diane Dean-Banta, loving wife, mother, and sister went home to be with her Savior and reunited with parents Victor and Esther Goff, and first husband Neal Dean on July 9th 2015 after a 3 year battle with cancer. She was born on January 10, 1948 in Springfield, Ohio. She was a 1966 graduate of Greenon high school in Springfield. She retired as a medical currier in Florida and later worked as a legal scopist for the Montgomery County Ohio court system. Her hobbies included traveling and crafting. She is survived by her husband; Philip Banta, son Kevan Dean; of Mansfield Ohio, step children; Eric (Beverly) Banta of Ellenton Florida and Lisanne (John) Migyanko of Cannonsberg Pennsylvania, siblings; Tina (Joe) Valentine, Brent (Jane) Goff, Greg (Linda) Goff all of Springfield, Ohio, nephew; Todd Goff and nieces; Naomi Michael and Heather Goff. Sheila deeply loved her God and family. She was deeply loved and will be deeply missed. Memorial services will be held at the Auburn Church of Christ and the First Christian Church in Springfield, Ohio at a later date. She will be interred at the Avilla Cemetery in Avilla, Indiana.
