Ms. Christine Elizabeth Kramer, 57, of Gloverville, SC, entered into rest Tuesday, April 5th, 2011.
Born in Essington, PA, she was a daughter of the late Carl and Rose Marie Hyp Kramer. Chrissey was formerly an Assistant Manager in the Deli Bakery at Kroger before her declining health forced her to retire. She was a communicant of Our Lady of the Valley Catholic Church, Gloverville, SC, where she was actively involved in various capacities. She had formerly served on the Women's Guild and the Bereavement Committee. Chrissey enjoyed baking for her family and friends and crocheting.
In addition to her parents, family members include a daughter; a brother and daughter-in-law; three aunts and two uncles; six special cousins; two nephews , one niece and very special friend, who she thought of more like a grandson.
Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Friday, April 8th, 2011, at 12 o'clock at Our Lady of the Valley Catholic Church, Gloverville, SC, with Father Peter Clarke celebrant.
Interment will follow in Langley Cemetery, Langley, SC.
The family has asked that memorials be made to Our Lady of the Valley Catholic Church, P.O. Box 419 Gloverville, SC 29828. A rosary service will be held Thursday, (tonight) April 7th, 2011, at 6 o'clock in the chapel. The family will greet friends following the vigil service until 8 o'clock at Hatcher Funeral Home & Cremation Service, Langley, SC.
