Survivedby his wife, "Mimi"; sons Andrew J. Guay and his wife, Kathy, Christopher Guay and his wife, Karen; two daughters, Kathleen M. Guay and Mary Anne(Guay) Weiss; a sister, Diane (Guay) Russell; grandchildren: Emily, Andrew, David, Ryan, Elizabeth, Sarina, Katie, Zach and MIchael.
