Cary Family in America, by Henry Grosvenor Cary, pg 95 & 96; print, Dorchester, MA . 1907 (Internet Archive & Google Books): Jonathan Cary of Charlestown, Boston and Lexington, Mass., fifth child of John Cary of Charlestown, was born at Charlestown November 3, 1 768. He removed to Lexington, Mass., and died there April 17, 1855, aged eighty-six years, five months and four days...

Note: The bio of William Harris Cary stated that the family was of meager means when he was a young boy. Young John seemed to be a ground burial at Copp's Hill; this tells me that Jemima (Green) Cary, Maria Cary, and Sally Cary are prob all buried at Copp's Hill, most likely without a headstone.
