L. Jack Moffitt, age 75, died Friday, July 1, 1994 in the Dixie Memorial Hospital in St. George.

He was born August 3, 1918 in Kenilworth, Utah, a son of Leo Warren and Hannah Evelyn Johnson Moffitt. He married Dora Burningham on July 1, 1938. They were later divorced. He married Marjorie S. Craw on July 15, 1983. he has lived in Bountiful, Wellsville, Brigham City and Logan, before moving to St. George. He was truly loved by his family and friends.He is survived by his wife, Marjorie of St. George; his three sons and two daughters, Hal (Elaine) of North Logan; Bert (Cheryl), Jim (Sharon), Vickie (Richard) Mauchley, Holly Dahle and companion Robert Heideman, all of Brigham City. The following step children, Susan (John) Beal of Murray; Scott (Vickie) Craw of Logan. He has 19 grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren. Surviving also are his sisters, Elnora Kehl of Salt Lake; and Jen (Don) Bangerter of Bountiful. He was preceded in death by his parents, one brother and six sisters.
