Brenda Weaver 61, passed peacefully to heaven on July 8, 2015 after a long courageous battle with cancer. She was born May 25, 1954 to the late Willie James Adams and Dorothy Lucille Tippette Adams in Nash County. She was preceded in death by her brother; Larry Adams.
She leaves to cherish her memory, her husband, George Douglas Weaver; her children, Kevin Adams, John Nichols and girlfriend Lauren, Jason Adams and fiancé Deana, Elizabeth Arnold and husband Rob, Elaine Henry and husband Kevin; her cherished grandchildren, Sean and Scott Henry, Holly and Madison Arnold, Abigail Nichols, Summer Matthews, Hailey Radford and Brook Joyner ; her siblings, Randy and Linda Adams, Sandra House and J.W. Gay, Cathy and Mike Edwards, Terry Lynn Parker, Tracy and Jan Adams; sister-in-law, Margie Adams; mother-in-law, Mamie Ester Weaver. She also had many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends; special companions, Lacey and Jack.

Visitation will be Friday, July 10, 2015 from 6:00-8:00 pm at Cornerstone Funeral Home. Funeral service will be held Saturday, July 11, 2015 at 11:00 am in the Chapel of Cornerstone Funeral Home with Rev. Keith Griffin officiating. Burial will follow at Rocky Mount Memorial Park.
