Kelly Kathleen Coughlin, 24 of North Haven, formerly of East Haven died suddenly at the Anaheim Regional Medical Center in Anaheim, CA. She leaves behind her father, mother, step-mother and step-father, her paternal and maternal grandmothers, two sisters, a brother, four step-brothers, a step-sister, and many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. Kelly worked as a dog bather and dog handler for several years, and was a devoted animal lover who rescued and placed numerous homeless animals, mainly pit bulls into loving homes. Kelly was an avid mixed martial arts enthusiast, and competed in numerous tournaments, winning many awards. She was a 2009 graduate of North Haven High School. She was predeceased by her paternal grandfather, Donald F. Coughlin, her maternal grandfather, Benedict N. Frosceno, and her cousin Megan McCauliffe.
