age 93, of Prescott, Arizona and formerly of Hobart and Gary, passed away Monday, July 6, 2015. She was born on February 20, 1922 in Duluth, MN to the late Frank and Magdelena Blaszyk. On September 1, 1941, in Duluth, MN, she married the love of her life, Stanley Czolgosz, who preceded her in death. She was a dedicated member of St. Bridget Catholic Church where she served as past president of St. Anne’s Confraternity. She also served as past president of Holy Angels Cathedral. Betty was a Girl Scout Leader and Camp Director.
She is survived by her daughter: Carole Anne (William) Osterkamp of Prescott, AZ; grandchildren: Michael (Christine) Osterkamp of Fayetteville, NC, Kara (Bryan) Gant of San Jose, CA, June (Eric) Smith of Kokomo, IN; great grandchildren: Nicholas Osterkamp, Christina Osterkamp, Ethan Smith, Glorianna Smith, Logan Gant.
