Phyllis I. Walker, 91 passed away June 14, 2015. She was born in Clinton County Indiana and lived in Tampa after moving from Tallahassee in 2003. While living in Tallahassee she was a member of the Episcopal Church of the Advent and the Red Hat Society.
She is survived by a grandson Danny Berry (Suzanne) of Deerfield Beach; granddaughter Stacey Strickland (Gary) of Clearwater; great-grandchildren Megan, Heather, Haley and Summer and brother in laws Jerry, Tom and Richard Walker a/k/a (1.50 kid).
She was predeceased by husband Clarence (Tony) Walker Jr.; a sister Ruth Malicoat; a brother Gerald Purdue and daughter Janet Berry.
A memorial service will be held at Episcopal Church of the Advent, 815 Piedmont Drive, Tallahassee on Saturday, July 11 at 11:00 am in the chapel. Interment will follow at Tallahassee Memory Gardens.
