Charles Albert Dill was the son of
  Moses Dill Jr &
Rebekah Farrow Andrews Dill Montegue Foote.

Charles Albert Dill was married to:
  1) Annie (Wertz) Dill Gordon
(Annie later married J. W Gordon and she and her daughter Eva were living with him in the Kansas 1895 census in Verdigris township, Wilson County, Kansas. She last was in the 1910 census with him at the same location.)
    Their children were:
    a) Olive Rachael Dill Howell Mann
    b) Walter Scott Dill
    c) Eva C. Dill Wasson Nightser
(Eva was born in 1880 in Kansas, United States. (Note: some census data has her down as born around 1882, but she did appear in the 1880 census as 0 years old. So unless they had another Eva who died and then they named a second girl with the same name, she was born just before the 1880 census.)

Eva married George M. Wasson on 19 January 1898 in Coyville, Wilson, Kansas, United States. She later married John Samuel Nightser on 20 Aug 1917 in Spokane, WA. There are duplicate memorials for her. I will list both, but I know that the owners need to merge them:
Eva memorial #1
Eva memorial #2)

Charles Albert Dill later married:
  2) Mary Elizabeth Hoare
    Their children were:
    a) Bertha E. Dill Puckett
    b) Adelaid "Ada" Dill Coleman
    c) Annie Lorena Dill Darby
    d) Georgia G. Dill Webb
    e) Charles Dill (died in infancy)
    f) Cecil A. Dill
    g) Carlton George "Carl" Dill
    h) Edwin Dill
    i) Naomi Dill (died in infancy)
    j) Irma Dill Hope
    k) Mary Ester Dill Wicke

The following is from "Descendants of Peter Dill (1645-1692) page 20:

+ 146 M v.
Charles Albert Dill was born on 6 January 1853 in Scituate, Plymouth, Massachusetts, United States and died on 17 May 1943 in Neodesha, Wilson, Kansas, United States at age 90.

Charles married Annie Wertz on 23 November 1875 in Fredonia, Wilson, Kansas, United States.

Charles next married Mary Elizabeth Hoare
(d. 29 November 1936) on 13 November 1887 in Zela, Stevens, Kansas, United States.

Then on page 41, it goes on to give a few more details about him:

146. Charles Albert Dill
(Moses6, Moses5, James4, Thomas3 , Thomas2, Peter1) was born on 6 January 1853 in Scituate, Plymouth, Massachusetts, United States and died on 17 May 1943 in Neodesha, Wilson, Kansas, United States at age 90.

Charles married Annie Wertz on 23 November 1875 in Fredonia, Wilson, Kansas, United States. Annie was born about 1858 in Pennsylvania, United States.

(It then lists their 3 children.)

Charles next married Mary Elizabeth Hoare, daughter of George S. Hoare and Naomi Watt, on 13 November 1887 in Zela, Stevens, Kansas, United States. Mary was born on 3 May 1873 in Wisconsin, United States and died on 29 November 1936 in Douglas, Cochise, Arizona, United States at age 63.

(It then lists their 11 children.)

Note, there is also a small bio of him available at the Library in Neodesha, Wilson County, Kansas. The library is named W. A. Rankin Memorial Library. Here are a few facts from that bio:

1) First, nothing was mentioned about his first family.

2) The Dills are descendants of the Mayflower Descendants via the Merritts.

3) His mother Rebekah (Farrow)'s mother was Rebekah (Damon), and the Damon family was one of nine families that settled the town of Sciuate, MA in 1692.

4) In 1857 his family traveled from Boston to Lawrence, KS. His family was in Lawrence during Quantrill's raid (21-Aug-1863) where between 185 and 200 men and boys were massacred by Quantrill's southern sympathizing raiders.

5) Around 1870 Charles Albert and his half-sister Rudencia (Andrews) Lyon moved to Wilson County, KS.

6) His full-sister Georgia (Dill) stayed in Lawrence and became a teacher. She married Robert Frazier and was widowed at a young age. She taught for many years at KU. The article claimed that Frazier Hall was named after her. However, the KU article stated that the particular building was named after the second chancelor, John Frazier. (Perhaps John & Robert were related.)

The article goes on to talk about his life in Wilson County and his children by his second wife. Perhaps if it isn't copywritten, I can simply quote the whole thing at some point. Note that I have found the memorials for all three of his children by his first wife. For the 11 by his second wife, I am missing the graves of two children who died in infancy (Charles & Namoi). I am also missing two daughters:
a) Adelaid "Ada" Dill Coleman. (The bio says this daughter married Albert Coleman in 1913, and died in 1919. They had two children: Eunice and Lawrence.
b) Irma Dill Hope. (The bio stated that she worked for the phone company in Coffeyville & Wichita, KS. It doesn't say anything more.)
