Bob Adams, 80, of Joshua passed away Saturday, July 4, 2015, in Fort Worth. Service: 10 a.m. Thursday in Mountain Valley Funeral Home Chapel. Interment: Caddo Cemetery, Joshua. Visitation: 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home. Bob was born Aug. 5, 1934, in San Saba County to William Henry and Clarissa Bell Carrington Adams. He was preceded in death by his wife, Mable Adams; six brothers; and one sister. Survivors: Son, Jimmy Adams and wife, Mary; daughters, Terri Duke and Patricia Markham and husband, Brian; brother, John Adams; eight grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; four great-great-grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews; other loving extended family; and friends.
