She was a member of First Pentecostal Church of Starks, LA. Before a decline in her health, she was active in many fundraising efforts in the Women’s Ministry that allowed her to be in the Top 10 group of ladies that went on a trip every year. She also served in the nursery, and assisted with many other functions such as banquets, and Women’s retreats. She possessed the innate ability to fill the room with laughter due to her keen sense of humor. She had such a spirit of giving, and a heart that flowed with unconditional love for all. Peggy was a beloved daughter, mom, sister, aunt, and friend to many and will forever be missed by all who knew and loved her.
She is survived by her children; Ronald Jennings, Crystal (Curtis) Myers, Starks, LA Kevin (Tracey) Jennings, Denham Springs, LA.

The family will receive friends on Wednesday, July 8th, 2015 from 6:00—9:00PM at First Pentecostal Church in Starks, LA. A memorial service celebrating her life will be held the following day on Thursday, July 9th, 2015 at 2:00PM at First Pentecostal Church 225 HWY—109 Starks, LA, with Rev. Karl Smith officiating. Interment will be at Fountain Cemetery in Starks, LA.
