Otis E. James, 86, of Meridian, Idaho, passed away April 19, 2015. Otis was born in Leadville, CO on May 4, 1928, to Charles O. and Anna (Milton) James.
On August 14, 1949, he married JoAnne McIlvaine and they celebrated 65 years together last August. They were blessed with 2 sons, Charles and Gerald. He was the grandfather of Clinton James and great-grandfather of Tynan and Jaden James. He served 8 years in the US Navy.
