Rogelio Hernandez, age 60, passed away Wednesday May 7, 2014 at his home in Carpentersville, Illinois surrounded by his loving family. Rogelio was born in Mexico on September 16, 1953 to the union of Juan and Ma Hernandez. A lover of music and gardening, a dedicated father, grand father and loving husband to Selsa. He will be greatly missed by many.
He is survived by his dear wife Selsa, his children; Marian (Mario) Ruiz, Adela (Roberto) Puga, Rogelio, Maria Refugio, Juan Jr., Yaneth, Lius, and Gerardo Hernandez. Both Parents, Juan and Ma Hernandez, his brothers Juan (Angeles) Hernandez, Humberto (Erika) Hernandez. Sisters Guatelupe and Cruz (Andees). and 20 grandchildren.
Preceeded in death by his brothers, Sergio, Refugio, and Felipe Hernandez.
Visitation will take place Thursday May 8, 2014 from 4:00 pm to 9:00 pm at Madison Funeral Home 305 Park Street Elgin, Illinois Laying Instate at 9:00 am Friday May 9, 2014 till time of service at Saint Monica Roman Catholic Church 90 N Kennedy Dr. Carpentersville, IL 60110. Funeral Mass will begin at 10:00 am, Rev Josue R Lara officiating. Burial will proceed services at Dundee East Township Cemetery in Dundee IL 60118.
