Mrs. Ruby Mack Hines, age 85, departed this life on Friday, July 3, 2015. She was a student of Cooke High School, Athens, TN. She was a member of St. Paul United Presbyterian Church, Sweetwater, TN. She didn’t have any children, but she loved everyone else’s children. She loved children and enjoyed babysitting. She loved to eat and would say, just give me a little, oh it’s so delicious. On her sister visits she would say, Bobbie did you bring me some chewing gum?
Mrs. Ruby Mack Hines is preceded in death by her parents: Mr. & Mrs. Charlie and Callie Mack; husband: Mr. Perry Hines.
She leaves to cherish her memory sisters: Barbara Dunn, Charleston, TN, Dian (Juan) Lewis, Woodstock, GA; brothers: Joe (Rick) Mack, Rev. Charlie (Alian) Mack, Athens, TN; a loving host of nieces, nephews, family and friends; a special friend Mrs. Evelyn Armstrong.
The family will receive friends at Kyker Funeral Homes on Wednesday, July 8, 2015, from 12P.M. until 1P.M. with the funeral service to follow at 1P.M. with Rev. Vant Hardaway officiating. A graveside service and interment will be held following the funeral at the Sweetwater Memorial Park.
