The funeral will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at Davidson Funeral Home Chapel by the Rev. Jimmy Greene. Burial will follow in Reeds Baptist Church cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 10 to 11 a.m. Saturday prior to the service at the funeral home and other times at their respective homes.
Mrs. Snyder was born Feb. 3, 1923, in Davidson County to Felix Byerly and Myrtle Walser Byerly. She was retired from Dacotah Mill. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Cliffton C. Snyder; sisters Ella Hanes, Dorothy Walser and Laura Jarvis; and her twin, Bill Byerly, Sarah's brother.
Surviving are sons Cliffton Snyder Jr. and wife Janet, Pete Snyder and wife Gaynell and Felix Snyder and wife Carol, all of Lexington; daughter Geraldine Everette and husband Ronald; nine grandchildren; and 17 great-grandchildren.
