Services for Olivia Harris, 91, of Cowan Street, will be 1 p.m. Friday at First Baptist Church, Second and Walnut streets, by the Revs. Ronald McCowan and Richard Hill. Burial will be in Hilldale Cemetery. She died Tuesday at Ephraim McDowell Regional Medical Center. Born Jan. 13, 1915, in Boyle County, she was a daughter of the late Nimrod and Ella Langford. She was a 1932 graduate of Bate High School and a member of First Baptist Church and Harris Boyle County Senior Citizens. She was the widow of William "Bill Harris. Survivors inelude two daughters, Audrey Turner of Danville and Christine Browning of Harrodsburg; a son, Judson Singleton of Danville; a sister, Christine Brown of Lexington; 14 grandchildren; two step grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; two step great-grandchildren; four great-great-grandchildren; and three step great-great-grandchildren. Pallbearers will be Chris Turner, , Tony Singleton, Tyrone Spillman, Stephen Singleton, Chris Browning and Justin Doneghy. Honorary pallbearers are Zachary Kinnard, Colin Turner, MarConey Gayton and Blake Turner. Visitation will be after 1 1 a.m. Friday. Smith-Jackson Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
