Fitch - At Greenwood, Kings Co., N.S., April 9, of la grippe, John E. Fitch, aged 20 years. While on the bed of affliction he witnessed the departure of his parents to the better land. It was a sad day in Greenwood, especially among the young, when the remains of the young man were lowered into the grave to rest with his parents till all the dead come forth to judgement.
Note - His Stone in the Greenwood Base cemetery reads Johnathan L. I think the obituary is a little mixed up. His father John died 13 February 1890, aged 59. I think the obituary mistakenly uses the father's name. Contributor: Ric Noble (47989037) •
