Jeffrey Scott "Jeff" Caldwell, 57, of 4005 Lower Licking Road, Morehead, KY, passed away Friday July 3, 2015 at St. Claire Regional Medical Center in Morehead, KY.
Born April 24, 1958, he was the son of the late Ott and Clela Prater Caldwell.
Jeff was an avid lover of abstract art work, hunting and fishing and more than anything enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren, Ott and Ella. He was a former construction worker and did landscaping and maintenance work at Eagle Trace Golf Course and attended Bluebank First Church Of God.
Survivors include his son, Clay Caldwell of Morehead, KY, Clay's mother and Jeff's best friend, Lora Jean Donahue of Morehead, KY, 2 brothers, Doug Caldwell and his wife Diana of Ormond Beach, FL and Mark Caldwell and his wife Jenny of Morehead, KY and 2 grandchildren, Ottis Blaine and Ella Ranae Caldwell.
Funeral services will be conducted Sunday July 5, 2015 at 5:00 PM at Bluebank First Church Of God with Rev. Jeffrey Fannin officiating. Burial will follow in Ellington Cemetery. Visitation will be from 2:00 PM until service time Sunday July 5, 2015 at Bluebank First Church Of God.
Pallbearers will be Dan Kelly, Tony Glover, Tim Stevens, Alton Black, Chris Caldwell, Cole Caldwell, Steve Hodges and Chalmer Johnson, Jr.
Powell Funeral Home will be caring for arrangements.
