ARNOLD, Marion M. (Miney) Age 71, of Dayton, departed this life on Sunday, June 21, 2015 at his residence. He was born January 8, 1944 in Dayton, OH to the late Burl and Josephine Arnold. Marion attended Roosevelt High School and served in the U. S. Navy; serving 23 years during the Vietnam era. He achieved his master's degree in business administration and retired from DESC and San Francisco's Veterans Administration following many years of service. He was an active member of Azusa Apostolic Church. Marion was preceded in death by (4) brothers and (4) sisters. Survivors include his children: Kamala, Carmella, Rochell and Dareyall Arnold; (3) grandchildren, Geronnia Bogan, Trinity David and Tamaria Rugledg; sister, Ida Mae Blake, and a host of other relatives and friends. Funeral services will be held 11:00 a.m., TUESDAY, July 5, 2015 at THOMAS FUNERAL HOME, 4520 Salem Ave. The family will receive friends one hour prior to service. Interment: Dayton National Cemetery.
