Mom married Ronald J. Davis and together they had one son Terry and two daughters Cathy and Sherrie. They were later divorced. Then on December 13, 1968 she married David H. Wallace and with this union he brought one son and five daughters. We became one BIG family. This was the beginning of all our adventures, fishing, hunting and camping trips and, of course, the Wallace tours.
Among Mom’s conquests, she was an excellent cook, seamstress, confidant, matchmaker and, best of all, a true friend. She was admired by all. Mom LOVED bowling. She was involved in bowling for over 50 years. She held many different positions throughout the years. Mom was nominated into the Utah Bowlers Hall of Fame in 2012. She was so happy and proud of that moment in her life.
Mom worked as an election judge for many years. She also worked in the school lunch program. Most important, she was the best Mom, Wife, Grandma and Friend and was held in high regard by everyone.
Mom is survived by Terry, Vince (Kathy), Karin (Mike), Laura (Jerry), Jacque (Sherman), Jeanne (Mike), Jolene (Carl), Cathy (Joel) and Sherrie (Warren), 22 grandchildren and 34 great-grandchildren. Also surviving are her two brothers Ronnie (Kim) and Boyd (Lyla) Hawes and her special dog Max. Preceded in death by husband David, one brother Craig, two sisters Lucille and Uldene, and one grandson Matthew Bolton.
Interment, Clearfield City Cemetery.
