Mrs. Bailey was a lifelong resident of Scott County, and was a Baptist by faith holding membership with Temple Baptist Church in Forest. Favorite pass times included reading, embroidering, cooking and spending time with her family.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Jessie Nelson Bailey; three sons: Robert Nelson Bailey, Paul Ray Bailey, and Ralph Bailey; her parents: Evan and Undean Orr Tadlock; three brothers: O.T., Walter and Charles and three sisters: Evelyn, Maggie and Doris.
She is survived by two sons: Jimmy (Geneva) Bailey of Forest and Walter Bailey of Waynesboro, GA; and a host of grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren.
