Funeral services were held Wednesday afternoon for Fredrick Overmeyer, a long-time resident of Steamboat and Routt Counties, who died Saturday at his home here following a long illness.
Services were held at the Root Mortuary.
Interment was made at the Steamboat cemetery.
Mr. Overmeyer was a retired carpenter, coming here in 1916 from Denver where he resided for five years previously.
He was born September 2, 1870, in Indiana and was 82 years old.
Mr. Overmever is survived by his son, of Steamboat, and two sisters.
