McKNIGHT, Reginald - Peacefully at Trillium Manor on Friday March 5, 1999 in his 83rd year.

William James Reginald McKnight, beloved husband of Madeline McKnight (née McDowell) of Orillia. Son of the late John and Mabel McKnight of Millbrook. Loving father and supporter of Maribeth (Christopher Koester) of Toronto and Paul (Louise O'Donnell) of New Fairfield, Connecticut.

Proud grandfather of Blake, Erin, Jacqueline, and Robert. Reg is survived by his sister Edna Dean of Garden Hill and Donald of Peterborough.

Past President of Orillia Golden K, Lieutenant Governor of Golden K, active member of the Orillia & District Boys Scouts, member of the Organizational Committee of Westmount United Church, Sunday school teacher, member of the Orillia Heritage Centre, past delegate of
United Church Presbytery and Canada Packers area representative for 35 years.

A celebration of his fulfilled life will be held at Westmount Church, 23 Westmount Drive, South on Wednesday morning, March 10 1999, visitation from 10:00 to 11:00, reception to follow the celebration. In lieu of flowers the family requests donations to the memorial Parkinson's Foundation of Canada, Suite 230, Manulife Centre, 55 Bloor Street West, Toronto, Ontario M4W 1A5.
