Parents and older sister
Oralerea's parents were Daniel Eastick and Carrie Eliza Sweet. Another daughter was born to Daniel and Carrie but she passed away that very day on 13 Aug 1882* in Montague, Muskegon, Michigan (burial unknown).

Sadly, Carrie passed away at about the age of 25 in Montague, Muskegon, Michigan, on 7 Apr 1884 (burial unknown). Daniel's memorial is linked; he and Oralerea are seen together in the 1900 and 1910 Censuses in Beloit, Rock, Wisconsin, and in Winnebago County, Illinois, respectively.

Oralerea's Marriage
Oralerea married Walter Henry on 28 Sep 1913 in Livingston, Park, Montana. The Billings Gazette, dated 1 Oct 1913, made brief mention of their wedding, "Walter S. Henry of Bozeman and Miss Ora Crea Estick [sic] were married by the Rev. H. A. James at the Methodist parsonage yesterday** afternoon at 4 o'clock. Miss Anna Granstrom, H. E. Langheidt and Daniel Eastick, the bride's father, and other friends witnessed the ceremony."

Oralerea's Passing and her Child
Walter and Oralerea had one known daughter, Dorethea Lerea Henry, who was born 20 Jul 1914 in Laws, Inyo, California. Oralerea passed away at about the age of 32 when her daughter was only two years old; unfortunately, just like Oralerea herself, Dorethea never really knew her mother. Per available records, Dorethea was living with an aunt and uncle in Iowa by the time of the 1920 Census. She married Elmo Clark Day in Illinois in 1943. Her father, Walter, was living with she and her family in the 1950 Census. She passed away in 2000.

More about Oralerea's father Daniel Eastick and his parents, George and Charlotte
Daniel was the son of George H Eastick and Charlotte E Heath. George was born in England and Charlotte was born in Toronto, Canada. Daniel and his siblings were also born in Ontario, Canada. The family is seen together in the 1851 Census of Canada where George's occupation is recorded as shoemaker. Ditto for the 1861 Census of Canada, however, Charlotte and the children are listed together and then a family named Howlett is listed and George Eastick is listed below them. Not sure whether he was mistakenly not listed with his own family or whether George was living separately from them.

George is not found after the 1861 Census. It is unknown exactly as to when each of the Eastick children arrived in the United States, however, they all seemed to trickle in and marry before their mother, Charlotte, arrived. Although details are a bit sketchy, Charlotte married William Bolster and had at least one daughter, if not, two. Perlinna Bolster was born about 1863 and Fannie Bolster was born about 1867. It's possible Perlinna was William's daughter from a previous marriage but no further details can be found about Perlinna who is seen only in the 1871 Census of Canada. Fannie named Charlotte as her mother in her marriage record, making her the half-sister of Daniel, who was listed as a witness to her marriage. Charlotte's parents were named as William Heath and Charlotte in her William Bolster marriage record [strangely it's dated 1890; there are numerous possibilities as to why the record is dated 1890 so won't speculate here, but something about it seems "off."] Charlotte and William Bolster are seen together in the 1871, 1881 and 1891 Censuses of Canada.

Daniel married Martha Jane "Jennie" Banks (her third known marriage) on 17 Jun 1888 in Whitewater, Walworth, Wisconsin, so there is the possibility she helped raise Oralerea for a time, but there is no confirmation of this. There is no information on how long Daniel and Jennie's marriage lasted other than by 1893 he appeared in a Montague, Michigan city directory and she was seen in the 1895 Iowa Census living in Elma, Howard, Iowa. She went on to marry a fourth time in 1900. The 1900 listed Daniel as divorced. Per available records, he seemed to remain in various southern Wisconsin locations and then is seen in Eau Gallie, Brevard, Florida, as a widower in 1930. He passed away on 25 Nov 1937 in Titusville, Brevard, Florida and is buried there. His headstone spells his surname as Eastich which seems to appear in some records, but most often records for the family use the spelling Eastick.

More about Oralerea's mother Carrie Eliza Sweet and her parents, Martin and Eliza
Carrie was born to Martin Van Buren Sweet and Eliza Marie Van Nostrand in about 1859 in or near Three Rivers, St Joseph, Michigan. The 1860 Census puts the family in Lockport. Martin and Eliza hailed from New York. Per his Find A Grave memorial, Martin was the son of Michael Sweet and Bathsheba VanDerlyn. Martin's occupations over the years were listed as farmer and carpenter. Eliza was the daughter of Adrian Van Nostrand and Amelia Phillips. The 1900 Census indicated that Eliza had had 11 children and six were living. Martin died in 1895 in Washburn, Bayfield, Wisconsin, and Eliza died there in 1916.

*This makes Oralerea's 1900 Census-provided birth date of Sep 1882 impossible
**"yesterday" would have been relative to when the news of the wedding was received and published by The Billings Gazette
