RYAN JR., LYNN BOYD, age 88 of Lenox Township died Wednesday, February 11, 2015 in his home after a very brief illness. Mr. Ryan was born June 16, 1926 in Evansville, Ind. to the late Lynn and Embry (Moody) Ryan. He married Jean Beversdorf in New Haven on August 21, 1948. Mrs. Ryan died May 18, 2002. Lynn graduated from New Haven High School and served with the United States Navy during World War II and the Korean War. He retired as a truck driver after 36 years for the W.H. Froh Co. and has been a member of the Methodist Church and First Congregational Church in New Haven. He was devoted to his family, enjoyed working in his yard and LOVED HIS ANIMALS & BIRDS. He is survived by his children; Lynn (Connie) Ryan, Candy (Dennis) Bergeon, Robin Murphy (Robert) Wrobel and April Ternes all of Lenox; siblings, Charles Ryan of Mount Clemens, Brenda Ryan of Harrison Township, Ralph (Alice) Ryan of Lenox, Sheila (John) Winarski of Fraser and John T. Ryan of Troy; twelve grandchildren and twenty-two great-grandchildren. He was predeceased by his sisters; Esca Elaine Ryan, Clara Gene Bellish and Shirley Ann Harlan.

A funeral service will be on Saturday, February 14, 2015 in the Rewalt Funeral Home in Richmond. Reverend Todd Evans, pastor of the First Congregational Church in New Haven and Reverend Jack Dundas will officiate. Burial will be in Centennial Cemetery in New Haven. A service by the Vietnam Veterans Association #154 of Mount Clemens. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions are suggested for the First Congregational Church of New Haven.
