Services for John Molder, 89, of Harper, who died Friday in San Antonio, were to be held today at 10 a.m. in the First Baptist Church in Harper with the Rev. John Bishop officiating.
Burial will follow in Harper City Cemetery.
Mr. Molder is survived by four daughters and their spouses, Mrs. Alice M. Culpepper of San Antonio, Rachel Molder of Harper, Mary and Eddie Langehennig of Austin, and Hattie and Joe Wheatley of Seguin; three sons and their spouses, John A. Molder of Harper, Homer and Wilma Molder of Salt Lake City, Utah, and Walter Molder of Harper; a sister and brother-in-law, Mrs. Lillie Tucker and Clark Pepper, both of Greenville, Miss.; seven grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
Memorials may be made to the Women of the Church of St. James Lutheran Church, Building Fund of the Harper Baptist Church, or the Harper Volunteer Fire Department. Beckmann Funeral Home in Fredericksburg was in charge of arrangements.
