BIO: Matthew Walters, 53, passed away Saturday, June 20, 2015, in Ft. Pierce, Florida, from injuries sustained in a motorcycle accident. He was born in Liberty County and lived in Florida the past 25 years. He was a construction superintendent for NRP Group in Ft. Pierce and had previously worked as a licensed cosmetologist. He was preceded in death by his parents, George and Ann Walters and Peggy Bond Walters; a sister, Judith Walters and brothers, Randy Walters and Thomas Walters.
SERVICE: Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Monday, July 6, at the Howard Funeral Home Chapel in Ludowici with the Rev. Steve Davis officiating. Visitation will be one hour prior to services in the chapel. Burial will follow in the Jones Creek Memorial Gardens. Pallbearers will be Gil Sikes, Adam Sadler, Dale Blocker and Tony Arsenault Jr. Arrangements are under the direction of Howard Funeral Home.
