Funeral services for Eva, the little 5 year old daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Samuel Gravitt took place this morning, being deferred from yesterday. On account of quarantine regulations it was strictly private and a very sad event the cause of death was pronounced to be membranous croup and cultures were sent away for examination for traces of diphtheria. The only services consisted of a prayer by a minister at the grave in Oakland cemetery.
