Jennifer Elizabeth Marshall
February 3, 1985 - June 12, 2015

Jennifer was born on February 3, 1985 to James Robert Marshall and Elizabeth Ann Marshall (Kelley) at Swedish Hospital in Seattle, Washington. She spent the first 9 years of her life living in the Seattle area with her mother, father, and two younger sisters Stephanie Miller (Marshall) and Ashley Marshall. In 1994 she moved along with her family to Keizer, Oregon where she spent the remainder of her formative years and where her two additional younger sisters were born, Jordan Marshall and Hallie Marshall—thus rounding out the five Marshall girls.

From a young age, Jennifer was a creative spirit who loved to create her own recipes and play inventive games. One of her favorite games to play with her sisters was to turn their family home into a restaurant by the name of "Planet Marshall," where they would take their parents' orders from handmade menus and act out the roles of the restaurant staff. While attending Whiteaker Middle School, she discovered her love for singing and joined the school's Concert and Jazz Choirs. She continued on to sing in advanced choirs while attending McNary High School, where she was also a cheerleader for two years. By her Junior year of high school, Jennifer had accumulated enough credits to graduate high school in only three years, then walked with her graduating class in 2003.

Jennifer was known to be bubbly and sociable, and loved to assist her dad in his work in the restaurant business. At the young age of 16, Jennifer excelled so noticeably in her abilities that she traveled with her father to assist him in the groundbreaking and opening of three separate restaurant locations. She also took after her mother with her interest in creative and artistic mediums such as drawing and sewing. In her adult years, Jennifer fused her customer service savvy and her creative abilities and would go on to start her own baby blanket business by the name of Kady Paige Blankies, creating and selling beautifully handcrafted blankets worldwide. She also pursued her interest in the medical field by graduating Valley Medical College as a Phlebotomy Technician.

Perhaps what Jennifer would reference as her proudest accomplishment in life is bringing five wonderful children into the world. Jennifer is survived by her sons Kaden James, Logan Robert, Bryson John, and daughter Kady Paige. At Jennifer's passing, she joined her youngest daughter Abigail "Abby" Elizabeth Jean, who passed shortly after birth in 2011. Jennifer's extraordinary love for her children and passion for motherhood was witnessed by all who knew her, and her children were her greatest treasure in life.

After a year of increasingly declining health, Jennifer passed away from heart failure on the morning of June 12, 2015, surrounded by her parents and sisters. A memorial service will be held on Friday June 19, 2015 at 12:00 PM at Keizer Amphitheater located at 1900 Chemawa Rd. N. Keizer, OR 97303. The family requests that those attending the service wear Jennifer's favorite color (Pink) or another similarly toned hue, rather than black. They feel that this better reflects a celebration of Jennifer's vitality in life. The family welcomes flowers, but for those who feel so inclined, the family also welcomes donations to the McNary High School Turf Project "Go Fund Me" Page in Jennifer's honor.
