Louis was meant to be in my life. I chose him and his sister, Hannah, from the same litter of kittens that a friend of mine was looking for homes for. I picked his sister because she was the most beautiful and fluffiest kitten I'd ever seen and picked Louis because he was the smallest and sickliest-looking.... The runt. I was worried no one else would pick him and I wanted to love him and give him a great home. Well to my wonderful surprise, he turned out to be the friendliest, most energetic, and loving cat ever. He always was there when I was sad and would curl up to me and let me cry into his fur. He loved chasing anything that moved. Thanks to him, many insects did not survive long in our house. When I married Michael, Louis adopted him, too, and loved him just as much. He was a blessing in so many ways and I miss him immensely. There hasn't been a day so far that I walked into the house and still expected to see him coming to greet me... Or sneak out! I miss his meows, purrs, but most of all his company. Just him being here with me. Louis, your mommy loves you so much. I really hope we see each other again one day.
