Melissa Taylor-Crawford, 34, died Thursday, July 10, 2003, at Jewish Hospital in Louisville.
She was a member of Parkwood Southern Baptist Church in Clarksville, IN.
Surviving are her husband, Mark Crawford of Jeffersonville; sons, Chris Crawford of New Albany, IN, Kevin Crawford of Jeffersonville and Richard Brewer of New Albany; a daughter, Brandi Crawford of New Albany; her father, Joseph Boone of Charlestown, IN; her mother, Janie Boone of Charlestown; a sister, Angela Jacobs of Charlestown; grandmothers, Catherine Underwood of Clarksville and Catherine Boone of Louisville; aunts, Linda Finch of Clarksville and Brenda Allen of Charlestown; two uncles; three cousins; and two nieces, Lauren Jacobs and Kristen Jacobs, both of Charlestown.
Her funeral will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday at Garr Funeral Home in Sellersburg, IN, with burial to follow in Kraft-Graceland Memorial Park in New Albany. Visitation at the funeral home will be from 2-8 p.m. Friday and after 9 a.m. Saturday.
