JACOBS, ANGELA, 34, died Monday, October 25, 2004, at her home. She was a member of the Sellersburg (IN) Moose Lodge and Graceland Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her sister, Melissa K. Taylor Crawford, and her grandpa, Ron Goforth.
Surviving are her husband, Bradley Jacobs of Charlestown; daughters, Lauren Jacobs and Kristen Jacobs, both of Charlestown; her parents, Janie and Joseph Boone of Charlestown; grandparents, Catherine Underwood of Clarksville, IN, and Catherine Boone of Louisville; aunts and uncles, Linda and Ed Finch of Clarksville and Brenda and David Allen of Charlestown; nephews, Alex, Brendan and Declan Jacobs; a niece, Delaney Jacobs; cousins, Bradley Allen , Paul Finch and Crystal Minton; mother- and father-in-law, Marsha and George Jacobs of Jeffersonville, IN; and a brother-in-law and his wife, Matt and Melissa Jacobs of Jeffersonville.
Her funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday at Garr Funeral Home in Sellersburg, with interment to follow in Kraft-Graceland Memorial Park in New Albany, IN. Visitation will be from noon-8 p.m. Wednesday and 10 a.m.-2 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
