Cynthia was preceded in death by her parents, John and Betty Weber.
She is survived by her husband of 27 years, Phillip Hammond; and twin boys, Taylor and Tyler Hammond.
Her funeral service will be at 11:00 am on Wednesday, July 1, 2015 at Highlands Funeral Home, 3331 Taylorsville Road, with burial to follow in Jeffersontown Cemetery.
