Nathaniel Perkins White, age 76, of Fork Union, Va. died Thursday, June 25, 2015. He was preceded in death by his parents, Leroy and Ethel Perkins White; one son, Nathaniel James "Jimmy" White; and one brother, Eugene White.
Mr. White owned and operated White Insurance Agency for 30 years. He also was a member of the Fluvanna Historical Society, The Fork Union Masonic Lodge, and the Fork Union Baptist Church.
Mr. White is survived by his wife of 53 years, Sonja Lois White; one daughter-in-law, Rhonda Catlett White; and one granddaughter, Victoria Lynn White, all of Fork Union.
The family will receive friends Wednesday, July 1, 2015, at 1 p.m. in Fork Union Baptist Church with a private burial to follow. Sheridan funeral home is handling the arrangements.
