Wanda was born October 21, 1934, to the late Nathan and Della Brown Frazie. Wanda was employed by Millhuff's Department store and was a homemaker. She was a president of the Wheelersburg Garden Club, and she was a member of Wheelersburg Baptist Church.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Clement Day, whom she married July 28, 1951, in Sciotoville, Ohio. She was also preceded in death by a son, Rodney Day; four brothers, Russell, Earl, Clifford, and Nathan Frazie Jr. and three sisters, Thelma Johnson, Bessie Belcher and Goldie Martin.
She is survived by a son, Rick (Cindy) Day and a daughter, Kendra (Roland) Crockett; two brothers, Ralph Frazie and Virgil Frazie and a sister, Doris Miller. Also surviving are two grandchildren, Allison Day and Lynsey Jenkins and two great-grandchildren, Noah Smith and Elijah Jenkins, and a daughter-in-law, Lindsey Day.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday, June 30, 2015, at 1 p.m. at Harrison-Pyles Funeral Home in Wheelersburg, Ohio, with Pastor Bradley Brandt officiating, with interment to follow in Memorial Burial Park. Visitation will be at the funeral home on Monday, June 29, 2015, from 6 to 9 p.m. and one hour before the service on Tuesday.
