She is survived by her husband Dale R. Douglas; children Laura (John) Mazurek, Carol (Joe) Lifrieri, Rita (George) Manley and Jane (Rom) Pegram; sisters Joyce Hemingway and Joanne (Bob) Russell, eight grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
