"Mr. H. H. Sawyer, of Wyandott, gives notice that he will trot his splendid young stallion, "Young Telegraph", in harness next Fall, one mile against any stallion west of St. Louis, of his age and weight, for a purse of $1,000. This fine Morgan horse may be seen at Brevis' Stable the first three days of each week."
