He spent his childhood in Stockton, before moving to Porterville where he attended high school. He married and moved back to Stockton and worked at the Tillie Lewis/Unilever Cannery. After he retired, he moved to Copperopolis. He spent the final months of his life in Stockton. Survived by daughters Rachelle Pryor and Chrystal King; siblings Melinda Wilson, Catherine Wicker and Chris Pace.
