Marcia I. (Siret) EVANS

Of Charlton and Bolton, MA, died June 15.
Preceded in death by her beloved husband of 62 years, Stanley P. Evans. Survived by four children, 8 grandchildren, and 7 great grandchildren.

Born November 17, 1924 in Cleveland, Ohio.
A talented figure skater, she joined Sonja Henie's Hollywood Ice Revue for the 1943 and 1944 seasons, and remained a lifelong fitness advocate and instructor.
Marcia was a strong supporter of encouraging young people to read, and volunteered as an elementary school librarian in Bolton for many years.

She was also a faithful and active member of the First Parish of Bolton for over 45 years.

Throughout her life she put the highest possible value on family and friends.
Keeping in contact and sharing experiences was her greatest source of pleasure.

A memorial service celebrating her life will be held at July 10, 2015 at the First Parish of Bolton, 673 Main St., Bolton, MA, 01740. Burial will be held privately at the Village Cemetery in Shirley.
