ALEXANDRIA, IN-Deborah "Debbie" (Epler) Carpenter, 55, passed away on Wednesday, June 24, 2015 at Countryside Health and Living in Anderson following an extended illness.

She was born May 22, 1960 in Martinsville, Indiana to John and Janet (Humphries) Epler and has lived in the Alexandria area most of her lifetime. She attended Alexandria-Monroe High School. Debbie has worked as a CNA at area nursing Homes for 20 years, most recently being employed at Countryside Health and Living. She was a Facebooker and enjoyed fishing, camping, and NASCAR (Carl Edwards). Most important though was the time she spent with her family.

She was preceded in death by her father in 2004.

Services June 29, 2015 in the Noffze Funeral Home, 501 North Harrison Street, Alexandria. Rev. Donald R. Hosier will officiate. Interment will follow in Park View Cemetery in Alexandria.
