MOHRISDALE - Funeral services for Harold E. "Pappy" Graham, 95, of Morrisdale will lie held Monday, April 21, 2008, at 11 a.m. at Fairview United Methodist Church, Morrisdale KO, with Pastor Tina Hawkins officiating.
Mr. Graham died Friday, April 18, at 1:15 a.m. at his residence.
Interment will be at Fairview United Methodist Cemetery, Morrisdale RD.
Friends will be received Sunday, April 20, from 6-9 p.m. at Strange & Weaver Funeral Service, Morrisdale, and Monday, April 21, from 10 a.m. until the hour of services at the church.
Born Dec. 18, 1912, at Bigler, he was a son of Roland and Edith (Jury) Graham.
He was a member of Fairview United Methodist Church.
He was self-employed as a farmer, truck driver and bus driver.
Mr. Graham is survived by two daughters, Isabelle W. Bryan and Donna Shepherd and her husband, Leonard, all of Morrisdale; six sons, Sherwood Graham and his wife, Helen, of Somerset, George Graham of Friedens, Darrell Graham and his wife, Carol, of West Decatur, Dewey Graham and his wife, Connie, of Philipsburg, Norman Graham and his wife, Linda, of Irvona and Dean Graham of Morrisdale; 157 grandchildren; 44 great-grandchildren; and 11 great-great-grandchildren.
In addition, he is survived by two sisters, Lucille Pannebaker of Bigler and Arlena Knee of Mount Union; a daughter-in-law, Edith Graham; and a son-in-law, David Gill of Albuquerque, N.M.
Mr. Graham was preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Elfie Ruth (Coble) Graham; a daughter, Helen Gill; a son, Martin D. Graham; a grandson, Barry Graham; a sister, Avanel Graham; four brothers, Robert, Albert, Harvey and Arnold Graham; and a daughter-in-law, Sally Graham.
