Orville W. Davis Jr., age 71, passed away at his home in Lewisville, Texas, on June 22, 2015.
He spent his final days surrounded by family and friends who loved him dearly.

He was born on October 13, 1943, to Orville W. and Lois Tindol Davis in Beeville, Texas, where he was raised along with his brother and sister.
He served in the United States Army from 1962-1965, then moved to New Orleans, Louisiana.
There he met his bride, Zoila Monteilh, whom he married on November 26, 1966. The couple and their daughter moved to Carrollton, Texas, in 1980. After retiring from General Motors, he and his wife moved to Lewisville, Texas, in 2008, to live with their daughter and two grandchildren.

He and his wife enjoyed traveling and spending time with their family and friends. He was a friend of Bill W. for 32 years.

Those left to cherish his memories are his loving wife, Zoila Davis; daughter, Debra Davis; grandchildren, Nicholas and Zoe of Lewisville, Texas; brother, Roy Davis Sr. and his wife, Mary Sue of Pleasanton, Texas; sister, Donna Davis of Beeville, Texas; several in-laws, nieces, nephews, cousins and wonderful friends.
